Description
Premiere public screening of Dance | Parkinson’s, a new film by Rutgers Filmmaking Center students, produced by Academy Award-winning film director Thomas Lennon; dances created for film/video featuring people with Parkinson’s by movement coach Pamela Quinn; and excerpts from feature films that include characters with Parkinson’s. A panel of filmmakers and people with Parkinson’s will discuss representations in film of people with Parkinson’s. Participate in a master class with Quinn at 4:30 p.m. and enjoy a light buffet dinner at 5:45 p.m.
